Damn case sensitive

I moved my website today to a server. The problem is I have always been using a Windows web server so I have never care about case sensitive before. But now I moved to a Linux server, the problem starts. It can’t find the images, it can’t find the script files… It took me a while to figure out the case problem but still couldn’t figure out a way to fix it.
Anyone now a way or a software could fix this problem please? It’s really hard to manually change all the files by hands.
